3-hour workshop with Gil and Shelley in a large air-conditioned studio with full mirrors.

- Drills for body isolation focusing on specific parts of the body.
- How to interpret musical breaks and work with the different instruments of salsa music.
- Principles of posture, centre and core stability for sharpness.
- Both unique, cool solo shines AND techniques for leading and following the music whilst dancing partnerwork.
- Providing you with the skills and tools to dance more freely with the music for your favourite tracks!
- Fun and highly effective, we will include options appropriate for all levels of dancer from Improver through to Advanced.
This workshop is intensive and will teach you concepts and drills that are not available in weekly classes. Please note that numbers will be limited to ensure individual attention and balanced numbers of leaders and followers.
